Your call

A mix that fits

Classic snacks, better-for-you options, or a heavier drink set. Tell us who uses the machine and we stock for them.

Leo fixes the machine.

You do not open it. Call with the location and what it is doing. Leo comes out, finds the fault, and puts it back in service.

Leo repairing an open vending machine on site

On site

He works on the machine, not around it.

Door open, payment tested, a real vend run before he leaves. If a part is bad, he swaps it. If a product is jammed, he clears it and checks the spiral.

01

You call the symptom

Taking money and not vending. Bills rejected. Card reader dead. Drinks warm. A selection stuck. Text the address and what happened.

02

Leo diagnoses it

He opens the machine, checks the bill acceptor, coin mech, card reader, motors, and cooling. You stay out of the cabinet.

03

He tests a vend

Repair or part swap, then a test purchase. The machine is not “fixed” until something drops and the payment path works.

Payment

Bills, coins, cards

Jammed validators, rejected bills, coin mechs that short-change, and card readers that will not take a tap or a swipe.

Vend

Spirals and jams

Motors that do not turn, selections that hang, sold-out errors on a full column, and product jammed in the delivery bin.

Cooling

Warm drinks

Machines that stop cooling, fans that quit, and doors that will not seal. Leo checks the cooling deck and gets the cabinet cold again.

Simple from the first call.

No equipment to buy. Leo Vending owns the machine, stocks it, and services it.

01

Tell us the spot

Office, warehouse, gym, clinic, or shop. Headcount and hours help us size the machine.

02

We place it

We install a stocked machine and set a product mix for the people who will use it.

03

We keep it full

Regular restocks, sold-out swaps, and service calls. One local number if something needs a look.

McQueer tried it.

A joke from the commercial. Not a real case. Do not haul the machine.

Case of the missing snacks

He called it junk.

McQueer looked at a full Leo machine, said “what is this junk,” and told JunkMD to haul it to the yard. The crane dropped it. The snacks did not survive.

Then he got served. Leo Vending versus McQueer. Small claims put the lion on the bench, ruled against him, and sent five thousand dollars to Doc Leo. Plus a very serious prison walk for a man in a Hawaiian shirt.

If your break room is not a sketch, we install the machine and leave it there.
